Biju Rajendran Nair spearheads the efforts of AUM and heads the operations in the United Arab Emirates. He manages all aspects of operating the business like procurement, logistics, finance and inter-departmental synergies. He worked for three decades in the Middle East and Africa across various departments and played a crucial role in scaling up business operations.

As a Country manager, Biju had established recycling industries of Ferrous and Non-ferrous metals in Ethiopia, Angola and Cameroon. He developed a strong procurement network for in-house production and for exports to other parts of the world during his stint in Africa.

Biju has demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, development of new businesses, market plan execution and an oversight of activities like budgeting, client services, staff training and mentoring. He brings to the table a holistic perspective taking into account factors like sustainability, risk management and ethical issues.

Biju has a commendable educational background in Commerce and has worked with renowned Companies. Always willing to go beyond the mandate and push his limits, Biju’s organizational abilities, communication skills and inspiring leadership are an asset to AUM.
